This regulation establishes a tolerance for combined residues of fenpyroximate and its Z-isomer in or on berry, low growing, subgroup 13-07G, at 1.0 part per million (ppm). Nichino America, Inc. requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
