This regulation establishes a tolerance for combined residues of bifenazate (1-methylethyl 2-(4-methoxy[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl) hydrazinecarboxylate) and its metabolite, diazinecarboxylic acid, 2-(4- methoxy-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl), 1-methylethyl ester (expressed as bifenazate) in or on bean, dry seed. Interregional Research Project <greek-i>4 (IR-4) requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
