Abstract

EPA is determining that the Greensboro-Winston Salem-High Point, North Carolina, (hereafter referred to as "Greensboro, North Carolina") nonattainment area for the 1997 fine particulate matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) has attaining data for the 1997 PM<INF>2.5</INF> NAAQS.
