Abstract
EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Rhode Island. This revision establishes a limited maintenance plan for the Providence Rhode Island carbon monoxide attainment area and addresses the remaining portion of the ten-year update to the carbon monoxide maintenance plan. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
