This document establishes time-limited tolerances for residues of the insecticide avermectin and its delta-8,9-isomers in or on the following raw agricultural commodities: cottonseed, citrus, dried hops, potatoes, meat and meat byproducts, milk and processed food/feed commodities. Merck Co., Inc. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 requesting the tolerances.
