Members of the Pregnant Female Reproductive Tissue Mapping Center (TMC) will collaborate with members of the HIVE at Harvard Medical School to fill a current gap in GeoMX visualization tools by working closely to develop a visualization tool for Nanostring GeoMx data based on Vitessce (Aim 1) and to support local visualization and configuration (Aim 2).
