(U) Rec. 3: The DoD OIG recommended that the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command develop procedures to ensure compliance with the use of personal protective equipment necessary for basic training, including defining social distancing requirements with additional emphasis on the use of masks for indoor and outdoor environments.
