We recommend the Executive Associate Director of Enforcement and Removal Operations direct the New Orleans Enforcement and Removal Field Office responsible for Adams to ensure the Adams Medical Unit develops emergency care guidelines, documents patient treatment during sick call encounters, anddocuments interpretation and medical care provided based on laboratory testing results.
