THERE IS A 5/8"" STEEL CABLE ATTACHED TO A WENCH ON EACH SIDE OF THE FRONT OF THE DREDGE. THESE CABLES ARE ANCHORED ON SHORE. THEY ARE USED TO MOVE/POSITION THE DREDGE. THE CABLES ARE SUPPORTED ON A FLAT AT A POINT ABOUT MIDWAY BETWEEN DREDGE AND THE SHORE. THE FLATS ARE MADE OF TWO 500 GALLON PROPANE TANKS FASTENED TOGETHER WITH METAL BRACES. ONE OF THE CABLES WAS TIGHTEN TO FACILI
