An unintentional roof fall was discovered between spad numbers 9206 and 9048, Xct between 6 & 7 entry on E-7 Section. Fall measured approx. 18'W X 80'L X 6'H. Area was mined on 6/1/03 and was supported with 5' torque tension bolts. Cover in this area is approx. 255'.
