Unintentional roof fall discovered on 8/3/05. Location of fall was: #7 Belt inby station 9257, #4 Entry. Area was mined 10/03. Depth of cover is approx. 250'. Was previously supported with 5' torque tension roof bolts. Fall measured 6'H X 18'WX30'L. The fall will not be cleaned. No injuries.
