Narrative

Employee was moving stone slab (7 in length , 4 in height, and 2 thick) with overhead crane and vice grips. Stone slab was initially leaning on a metal rack. As stone slab was picked up and guided away from rack the stone cracked and broke causing section of slab not secured with vice grip. Gravity caused stone to fall on employees foot and caused fracture and abrasions.
