the 4 right area had a roof fall approx. 20' wide X 100' long X unknown Height. #4 entry 1 cross cut inby SS 3751 fall continued inby for 100'. Fall was reported at 2:08PM. Area was bolted with 4' fully grouted bolts. ""No bed separation or visible defects in the roof in this area. Cause of the roof fall is unknow.""
