Abstract

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing a final rule to implement the "Federal Policy on Research Misconduct" (the Federal Policy) issued by the Executive Office of the President's Office of Science and Technology Policy on December 6, 2000. This rule will assist NASA in addressing allegations of research misconduct.

What this is

A formal finding of research misconduct under 42 CFR part 93 (HHS) or equivalent agency policy. The respondent was found to have engaged in fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism of research data.
