WHILE STOPPING AT STOP LIGHT VEHICLE WAS STRUCK FROM REAR BY DRUNK DRIVER AND FRONT SEATBACKS FAILED UPON IMPACT, CAUSING DRIVER'S/FRONT PASSENGER'S HEADS TO THRUST THROUGH REAR WINDOW. THEY SUFFERED WHIPLASH INJURIES AND FACIAL CUTS. *AK
