IMPACT WITH CONCRETE PILLAR. CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS. DRIVER SUFFERED HEAD INJURY LEADING TO SEIZURE AND THREE BROKEN VERTEBRAE. AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY.
