CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS GOING ABOUT 25MPH WHEN INVOLVED IN A FRONTAL COLLISION. UPON IMPACT, BOTH DRIVER'S SIDE AND PASSENGER'S SIDE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. DRIVER'S ARM WAS FORCED INTO THE DOOR. DEALER HAS NOT SEEN VEHICLE. *AK
