The contact owns a 2010 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at 35 mph and attempting to make a left turn, the contact attempted to depress the brake pedal however, the vehicle failed to respond. The contact stated that the vehicle went over a curb and into a grass field where the vehicle struck a tree which caused damage to the front undercarriage. There was no warning light illuminated. The air bags failed to deploy. There was no medical treatment at the scene however, the contact went to see a doctor the next day for neck and lower back pain. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired.
