[XXX] installed after market brake rotors and pads. Which Caused vehicle to pull hard to one side, change lanes, hit another vehicle, and go into ditch. After market brake abs module. After market bleeding system for brakes. Causes air to stay in hydraulic system causing delay in braking system and brakes to have no affect at all after applied with 5 second delay. Aftermarket belt and aftermarket pulley and tensioner backwards. Causes new serpentine belt to shred and come apart. Aftermarket drive belt brand new failed and shredded and tore apart. All work done by [XXX] at Impact Diesel, Impact Auto and Truck Specialists LLC at 1720 East Deer Valley Road, Ste. 104 Phoenix Arizona and 3125 E Libby St Phoenix AZ and [XXX] of [XXX]. [XXX] has done deliberate fraud brake work and has performed faulty, flawed, and malfunctioning shoddy repair work on my vehicle. [XXX] has improperly installed rotors, installed pads backwards, allowed excess air into the brake system hydraulic lines and allowed excess air to be compressed into the master cylinder and hydraulic hydrobooster brake cylinder. The serpentine belt has been cut and chafed from improper installation. The coolant tank [XXX] installed has a noticeable crack hole in the sidewall by the fill line where noticeable coolant is dripping down the coolant tank. The shop also had to re do the entire fender liner [XXX] did and under fender and wheel well as the tire was still catching the liner. The brake system has been re bled again
