The contacts daughter stated while driving at approximately 40 mph when the vehicle was struck from behind which resulted in none of the air bags inflating with the exception of the driver-side airbag which only partially inflated. The contact stated no warning lights were illuminated. The contact's daughter sustained head and neck injuries and sought medical treatment. A police report was taken and the vehicle was towed to a local police lot. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable. The power steering warning light was illuminated as well as brakes seizing. Airbags did not deployed.
