The problem with the 2008 BMW X3 transmission is going to get someone KILLED!! This transmission DOES NOT RESPOND when depressing the accelerator at random times & HAS DONE THIS SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT. it happened once after pulling away from an ezpass booth - the car just froze and would not accelerate nearly causing an accident. Now it has caused an accident.
