The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was towed to a third dealer; Pugmire Ford (1 Ford Way, Carrollton, GA 30116) who diagnosed that the valve body and other unknown components of the transmission needed to be replaced. The contact stated that he has sustained back injuries due to the failure but had not sought medical assistance. The manufacturer referred the contact to NHTSA for assistance.
