The contact owned a 2017 Ford Focus. The contact stated while driving 30-35 MPH an incoming vehicle ran a stop sign and crashed into the front of the vehicle. The front end of the vehicle was severely damaged due to the impact. The air bags did not deploy. The contact mentioned that her son was in the vehicle at the time of the failure. There were no injuries reported. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was declared a total loss.
