Narrative

Oh June 15th, in the middle of the afternoon around 2-3 pm, I was traveling NW on SH114, in the toll express lane, from Dallas towards Grapevine after a minor medical procedure, when my truck apparently hit a small hole or bump, which caused it to vibrate violently simultaneously from both front wheels, as if they weren't even in contact with the pavement. It took a lot of effort to keep the vehicle from crashing into the concrete walled barriers which are located on either side of that lane. That incident and the resulting several weeks that followed necessitated a bunch of follow up visits and being off work as well as no physical activity, in addition to the trauma, pain, and now the fear of my truck doing this again in the future. My truck is available for inspection. I have reached out to Ford through live chat, social media and telephone, but I have received no
