Narrative

After taking my car in for the recall on the Hydraulic system on the brakes which it them for ever to send out the second letter for the repairs. During the waiting period I had to leave the road to keep from hitting someone because of brake failure. I have notify Ford Motor Company of the problem right after they sent the first letter. I had damaged to my car that they refused to help with. They sent me a form to sign that said I would not hold Ford Motor Company responsible or Ford Techs should they damaged the RCM when removing to send to their labs. After dealing with Ford Motor Company about the accident with my car and the other recalls I regret we did not trade it in, but I would have more regret selling it to someone knowing that it could be a danger to their life as it was mine. Even though the car does have a good
