The contact stated while driving at 80 MPH, the vehicle downshifted to first gear and decelerated to 20 MPH, causing the front seat passengerâs head to strike the dashboard. No medical attention was required. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and then drove the vehicle back to the residence.
