My 2024 BMW caught on fire while I was driving it. A couple weeks prior my dashboard went out but resolved on its own in 24 hours. Before the fire I had no other issues with my vehicle. My insurance company was notified the night of the incident. However they didnât start the investigation for 2 weeks until after I called to get an update. I then contacted BMW who has now started an investigation alongside my insurance company.
