It is uncalled for to manufacture vehicles to have turn signals located lower on the bumpers where no other vehicle has their turn signal located. This is impossible to see if you are in traffic or another car is in between you and the vehicle with bumper blinkers. I personally have almost been in numerous accidents and seen several accidents due to the turn signals not located at or near the brake lights. This applies to Kia cars and the Chevy Bolt.
