2022 VOLKSWAGEN ID.4 — FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

I was driving my car (Vehicle 2, Volkswagen) southbound [XXX] , south of La Cumbre, in the #1 lane, at approximately 65 miles per hour at adaptive cruise control. I observed Vehicle 1 traveling in the #2 lane when Vehicle 1 veered into lane #1. Adaptive cruise control failed to recognize the object in my lane. It failed to reduced the speed, it failed to initiate automatic brake system, and it failed to warned the driver of the object. I collided with the front right side of his vehicle.
