The contact owned a 2024 Lexus TX350. The contact stated while driving 15-20 MPH from a complete stop and making a left turn, another vehicle who was driving at an undisclosed speed, crashed into the front passenger's side end of the vehicle, causing the front end of the vehicle to separate. The contact shifted into park(P), and the vehicle stopped on the road. The other vehicle continued to accelerate and veered off into a ditch. The contact did not recall whether there were warning lights illuminated after the incident. The contact stated that several messages indicating the brake system, the Advance Autosonic detection, the Intelligence alert, the ABS, the parking brake, the electric power steering, the electronic stability control systems malfunctions, and other malfunctions were displayed on the vehicle mobile app. The contact stated that the front driver's side air bag and the knee air bag failed to deploy as intended and partially deployed. The contact sustained whiplash and hit her knees against the dashboard during the incident. The contact sustained neck, hips and legs pain. The ambulance transported the contact to the hospital, where a CT scan and X-Rays were performed, and the contact was informed that an internal neck injury was found.
