The contact owned a 2015 Ford F250. The contact stated that while driving at 35 MPH, the vehicle veered into the lane of oncoming traffic. As a result, the contact's vehicle hit an incoming vehicle head-on. As a result, the brakes failed to function, the contact's vehicle jumped over the embankment, and the vehicle came to a stop about 75 ft. down the embankment. The driver-side and passenger-side air bags did not deploy. Unknown if any warning lights were illuminated. A police report was filed. EMS was called.
