E-HEELP Electric Car Jack 5 ton Powerful Hydraulic Car Lift Jack, purchased from Amazon on [XXX]. On [XXX], our client, [XXX], used the jack to lift his vehicle to access the rear driver tire. He was putting brake shoes back on his vehicle when the vehicle began to come down on him due to failure of the jack. There were no sounds prior to alert him of any issues. 1st Battery operated with a 5 ton weight limit. Photo attached.
