Narrative

The contact owns a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving in snow mode on an icy road at 25 MPH from a stop sign, the brake system suddenly became inoperable, and the vehicle traveled through a stop sign and crashed into an unknown GMC vehicle. The contact mentioned that there was no skidding, and the vehicle was in snow mode to enhance the driving experience. There were no warning lights illuminated. All the air bags deployed, and the driver was unable to see. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot.
