The contact stated that while on several occasions when turning the steering wheel and depressing the brake was being held, she observed a noise emanating from the front wheels. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure as not able to be replicated. The contact stated that while stopped in a parking lot, the vehicle inadvertently accelerated and struck an unoccupied vehicle, then hit a storefront window and entered the closed business. The contact was shocked but sustained no injuries and did not require medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot and has not been diagnosed or repaired.
