THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND WAS HIT FROM THE REAR AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND THE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THEY WERE AT A DEAD STOP WHEN THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED.
