On January 8, 2015, at around 11:45 am, an employee working at 22nd Terrace and 3rd Avenue SW, Miami, Florida, was performing tree-cutting operations on a bucket. While cutting tree limbs, he cut his hand with a chainsaw. The employee was admitted to the hospital to determine if ligament damage had occurred.
