Employees were installing wood trusses on the interior 4th floor level of a newly constructed multi-family dwelling when one employee fell approximately 9 feet to lower level. The injured employee's head struck a nail gun that he was operating when he hit the floor. The injury occurred on January 9, 2015, at approximately 1 p.m.
