Narrative

Employees were moving a 53-foot trailer with a forklift. The trailer shifted and began to fall towards a parked truck. One of the two employees ran between the trailer and truck to stop it from hitting the truck. Employee sustained a broken left arm, requiring surgery and hospitalization.
