Narrative

Employee backed up his fleet vehicle to park it, then stopped the vehicle and stepped out to load his gear into his personal vehicle. As he walked away from the flatbed, he slipped on black ice and fell, fracturing his right tibia. He was admitted to Southern New Hampshire Hospital and had surgery at 11:00 am on 1/23/14 to repair the fractured bone.
