Narrative

Two employees were running the laminator machine. The injured employee was working on the front while another employee was working on the back of the machine. The laminator glues aluminum foil to the paper to create sandwich wraps and bags. The paper developed some wrinkles and the injured employee reached over the guard to try to fix the paper. When the employee reached over the guard, he caught his finger in a nip point where two rollers come together. He jerked his hand back and amputated his finger.
