Narrative

The rig crew was rigging down the work floor on the rig to change out a valve on the well head. The injured employee was standing on the rig platform reaching for the pin and lost his balance. He fell and hit the cellar ring of the well head. He injured his right ribs, right shoulder blade and punctured a lung.
