Narrative

Employee was operating a wire press machine. Employee stepped away and lost his balance. He braced himself on the machine and his right hand came in contact with the wheel. The employee sustained an amputation of the fingertip flesh and fingernail on his right-hand middle finger. No bone was amputated.
