Narrative

An employee who was working as a picker/packer in the Bulk Packaging Area was moving cartons when the individual suddenly felt extreme pain and was taken to the hospital. The individual was diagnosed with a hernia and had to undergo surgery. The cartons weighed approximately 35 pounds each.
