Narrative

On February 20, 2015, an employee conducting preventative maintenance work on a heater was injured when the scissor lift he was standing on was struck by the structural steel beam for a gantry crane. He suffered multiple fractures on both sides of his body, as well as a dislocated left hip, when he fell approximately 15 feet to the ground.
