Narrative

A worker was exposed to a struck-by hazard during the unloading of PVC pipes. A forklift unloading pipes on one side of the truck accidentally caught pipes on the other side, causing them to tip and fall on a worker standing on the opposite side of the truck. The worker received severe bruising to his hands/forearms and was hit in the head.
