Narrative

An employee had just adjusted a nut on the motorcycle tire-building machine he was servicing. He instructed the operator to put the machine into auto mode. When the employee's hand entered the machine, the beadset (a movable part on the machine) moved forward, and his wrist got caught in a crush point between the beadset and the drum.
