On March 31, 2015, an employee was working at Gardner Denver Nash in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, when he was injured while operating a radial arm saw. The employee suffered fractures and lacerations to the second, third, and fourth digits on his left hand. He required surgery and was hospitalized.
