Narrative

An employee was trying to dislodge an airline shipping container that got stuck while transferring freight via elevator equipment from the airplane cargo to a truck. He climbed onto the elevator and got his left middle finger caught on the elevator, amputating his left middle finger at the first digit below the nail.
