Narrative

Two employees were preparing two industrial control panels for shipment. The control panel is 5 feet wide, 7 feet tall, 1 foot deep, and weighs approximately 500lbs. They were setting one on the shipping pallet when the second one fell on top of the worker striking him on the back and injuring his right shoulder, ribs, and lung.
