Narrative

A driver was preparing an empty dump trailer to be loaded. He unsecured the rear gate, then unfastened the tarp connections. As he walked back to the rear of the trailer, the wind caught the gate, swinging it open and striking the driver on his left side, driving him into the side of the trailer on his right side.
